We Are RCVR is a lifestyle and apparel company focused on serving the recovery community. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, via our e-commerce platform on Shopify.

 

 

2. Order & Fulfillment

  • All items are printed on demand. Fulfillment requires 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • RCVR is not responsible for fulfillment or shipping delays caused by Printful, carriers, or external circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

3. Shipping

  • A flat rate of $3.99 applies to all U.S. orders.
  • International shipping is available to select countries, including the U.K. and Canada, with rates calculated at checkout.
  • Orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after fulfillment for U.S. shipments.
  • We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD.
  • RCVR is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once a shipment is in carrier possession.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Returns due to damage or misprint are covered by RCVR (handled via Printful).
  • Customers must contact support@WeAreRCVR.com before initiating any return.
  • RCVR is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

5. Payment, Pricing & Chargebacks

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other Shopify-supported options.
  • All prices are in USD and may change without notice.
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined, unless specifically stated.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or excessive return abuse may result in order denial, account restriction, or legal action.

  • All RCVR designs, logos, and content are protected intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of RCVR products or branding is strictly prohibited.

  • RCVR is not liable for third-party shipping delays, Printful fulfillment errors, or resulting damages.
  • We make no guarantees regarding health, fitness, or lifestyle outcomes related to our products.
  • Fabric and material sensitivity is the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must first be addressed via mediation or arbitration prior to legal proceedings.
  • All disputes will be governed by and resolved under Florida state law, and must be handled individually (no class actions).
  • Jurisdiction shall be in the State of Florida, U.S.

  • Customer information is used solely for order processing and marketing (if opted in).
