RCVR Return Policy

At RCVR, we take pride in providing high-quality recovery-inspired apparel and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Support@WeAreRCVR.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Send the package back to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019 (our fulfillment partner’s return facility).

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, contact us at Support@WeAreRCVR.com.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, return the original item following the return process, then place a new order for the correct size.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of our print-on-demand fulfillment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
  • We will work with Printful to replace or refund the defective product at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/misprinted items: We cover return shipping.
  • All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an RCVR error.

RCVR currently only ships within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping or returns.
